Revitalise Physio-led Pilates

I discovered Pilates more than 14 years ago to complement my running when training for a marathon. I soon recognised the benefits that Pilates brought to my wider fitness regime and it has become a staple of my weekly routine ever since. I love that Pilates is so versatile and can provide a challenge for the fittest of athletes whilst at the same time being accessible for those with no prior experience of exercise. 

After a career change I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2019 and completed my Pilates matwork certification with APPI at the same time. Since then I have taught regular classes and continue to develop my Pilates knowledge by attending regular CPD courses including: Ante and Post-Natal Pilates, Pilates for Menopause, Pilates for the Pelvic Floor, Pilates for Osteoporosis and Pilates for Endometriosis. I also work for the NHS as a clinical specialist in Pelvic Health. 

In my spare time I enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible whether running, cycling, hiking or gardening. 

I'm Katherine, an APPI certified matwork Pilates instructor and Chartered Physiotherapist.

Welcome to Revitalise - weekly physiotherapist-led Pilates classes held at Hollowell Village Hall in Northamptonshire. 


Whether you are completely new to exercise or looking to progress your fitness, our classes are suitable for everyone. 


All classes are run by a Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI certified matwork Pilates instructor.

Class sizes are kept small with no more than 8 in a class to allow one-to-one guidance throughout the class as needed. 

Free parking is available in the village hall's large car park just next door to the hall.
